Cigna is the administrator for your JPMorganChase wellness program even if they are not your medical carrier.
Take healthy actions to get rewarded
Get an annual physical in 2026 with a primary care provider (PCP) to pay a lower rate on JPMorgan Chase U.S. Medical Plan payroll contributions in 2027.
Employees and their covered spouses/domestic partners who complete an annual physical with a PCP between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (11:59 PM ET), will each qualify for a $750 lower rate on their 2027 medical payroll contributions (up to $1,500 total), compared to not taking this action.
Alternatively, if you or your covered spouse/domestic partner completes a biometric wellness screening in 2026 and meet all four healthy outcomes in a single screening (Body Mass Index or waist circumference, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar), you will also qualify for the lower rate—no physical required.
Your wellness incentives are waiting
They say good health is its own reward. It can be even more rewarding when you participate1 in the JPMorganChase Wellness Incentive Program.
The money in your MRA is tax-free and can be used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, such as medical and prescription drug expenses. Earning all available Wellness Rewards in your MRA can really help offset some of these costs.
Get rewarded for taking healthy actions
As a JPMorganChase employee, you have the opportunity to earn up to $700 in your MRA by completing wellness activities2 between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. Visit My Health > Wellness Incentive Activities for more details.

2 Some cities and municipalities may impose income taxes on MRAs or FSAs. For detailed information, please contact your local department of taxation.
Important notes

Please contact Cigna, the Wellness Incentive Program administrator, at 1-800-790-3086 and they will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find an option suited for you in light of your health status.
