Important information

We have updated our provider directory. If you still cannot find Aetna® network providers, contact your Aetna Concierge at 1-800-468-1266 (TTY: 711), available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM your local time.

The best care at the best price

We monitor our network and know how much each provider charges for different procedures. We also know how fast patients recover and how often they return. This tells us exactly which providers meet our standards for quality and cost. We’ll connect you with these top performers to ensure that you get the best care at the most competitive price.

Plus, covered preventive care is free when provided by an in-network doctor but may be subject to age and frequency limits. Make time to visit your doctor once a year, even if you feel fine. Share your health history. Ask questions. And bring the handy guide of recommended screenings and their frequency that we've made available in the link below.

Note: The JPMC Medical Plan provides one free in-network annual physical per calendar year. You don't need to wait until the anniversary of your last physical before having another one.

Quality care made simple

Bariatric, cardiology and orthopedic treatment can be filled with complex decisions. Choosing a healthcare facility for an upcoming procedure doesn’t have to be one of them. The Aetna Institutes of Quality® (IOQ) network was developed to help you and your doctor simplify your selection.

Let us show you how to get the quality and value you deserve, so you can get back to your everyday life.

Contact an Aetna Health Concierge at 1-800-468-1266,  for more information on the process.
