Healthcare can be complex. Sometimes you need help making sense of it all. An Aetna® Concierge can help.
Helping you reach whole health
Navigate your health plan
Once you are enrolled in an Aetna plan, a concierge can help you understand your benefits and give you the tools to make more informed decisions about your healthcare. A concierge can help you:
- Locate providers in your area
- Understand your benefits
- Plan for upcoming treatments
- Use our online tools to make decisions right for you
- Schedule appointments
Know your costs
You can better manage your healthcare expenses when you know your options and costs in advance. Need help? Here’s what the concierge can do for you:
- Show you how to estimate your costs before you make an appointment
- Find out what it would cost to see an in-network doctor versus an out-of-network doctor
- Tell the difference between inpatient and outpatient care and their costs
In addition, the concierge will help you with any questions about the following medical reimbursement and spending accounts:
- Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA)
- Health Care Spending Account (HCSA)
- Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA)
You’ll manage your MRA, HCSA and/or DCSA through Aetna/Inspira. Just log in to your Aetna website once you're a member and look for the "Inspira" link under your MRA and Spending Accounts.

Aetna is the brand name used for products and services provided by one or more of the Aetna group of subsidiary companies, including Aetna Life Insurance Company and its affiliates (Aetna). Providers are independent contractors and are not agents of Aetna. Provider participation may change without notice. Estimated costs not available in all markets. The tool gives you an estimate of what you would owe for a particular service based on your plan at that very point in time. Actual costs may differ from the estimate if, for example, claims for other services are processed after you get your estimate but before the claim for this service is submitted. Or, if the doctor or facility performs a different service at the time of your visit. Refer to Aetna.com for information about Aetna plans.
